Program description
Internship is a twelve month tutorial training to clinical practice by full time clinical work. Its primary aim is to give the interns the ability to handle most of the usual clinical conditions on their own. It is based on total clinical immersion (90 % of the time) and oriented toward:
- Primary handling of clinical cases but always under the supervision of a senior clinician;
- Primary handling of emergency cases with back up from residents;
- Bibliographic work;
- Presentation of clinical cases (daily rounds and formal presentations);
- Communication and team work.
Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from a veterinary school or college Applicants must speak French
Duration
12 months full time
