The 3,000 mē hospital including an emergency unit is open 47 weeks a year. It is staffed by 63 people, among them dermatologists, cardiologist, ophthalmologists, orthopaedists, neurologists, surgeons, gastroenterologists, dieticians, andro-gynecologists, behaviour specialists and anaesthetists .

The hospital offers general and specialised consultations, a surgery unit as well as an outpatient care unit and a medical imaging unit for cats, dogs, birds and exotic pets. The hospital works closely with the College diagnostic laboratory for haematology, biochemistry, parasitology, anamopathology, and cytology.

The hospital treats about 10,500 patients a year and performs more than 2,500 surgical operations.
