Objectives:
The purpose of the French Association of Veterinarians working with Companion Animals (AFVAC) and of the Small Animals National Junior Congress (CNVSPA) is:

• 1. to promote veterinary professions in relation with small animals and new companion animals (NCAs) through various means such as:
  • Conferences
  • Presentation of cases, surgical interventions...
  • Visits to other organisations in relation to canine medicine
  • Any other form of promotion
• 2. to be an AFVAC-CNVSPA intermediary in the college :
  • To promote AFVAC-CNVSPA actions toward students
  • To distribute AFVAC-CNVSPA publications to both associations' members and to students
• 3. to strengthen ties between students and the profession.
• 4. to represent students who are interested in canine medicine in any administrative, educational or professional body concerned.
• 5 . to ensure the continued success of the associations for each successive generation of students
