Presentation
The mycotoxicology group was created in 1999 in order to respond to scientific, political and field preoccupations concerning the effects of mycotoxins on animal health and on the quality of products.

Appraising consumption-related risks is difficult due to the complexity of the mechanisms involved in the growth of fungic toxinogenesis and to the large number of synthesised compounds, many of which are toxic to humans and animals.
