Presentation
The "Nutrition of the dairy cow and milk quality" research group resulted from the collaboration work between the ENSAT (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie de Toulouse) and the ENVT (Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Toulouse). The group is staffed by 4 lecturer-researchers and runs an experimental dairy farm in which trials on cows equipped with digestive cannulae are carried out, and two analyses laboratories for experiments on more common animals.
