Food safety services
The Food Safety group offers services such as :
- Bacteriological analyses of dishes cooked by the Central Catering
Services of the city of Toulouse and by the National Centre of Local
Civil Services.
- Histological analyses of foodstuffs (compliance), monitoring of fatty
liver-based preparations, minced meat and delicatessen products).
The Food Safety group of the National Veterinary College of Toulouse is an
authorised laboratory for the histological diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis
when suspect cases appear in slaughterhouses.
