GPE (Gestation & Perturbateurs Endocriniens )

La thématique de recherche de l’équipe est centrée sur l’impact sur la santé d’une exposition fœtale à des contaminants alimentaires (agricoles et/ou industriels) perturbateurs endocriniens potentiels. Notre stratégie repose sur une approche globale intégrant la caractérisation et la compréhension des mécanismes de l’exposition fœtale à ces substances et de leur effet sur les systèmes endocriniens, dans un contexte d’exposition chronique et à faibles doses propre à la contamination environnementale ou alimentaire. Cette approche est déclinée à différents niveaux d’organisation du vivant sur différents biomarqueurs (synthèse et sécrétion hormonales, microbiote, métabolome…) afin d’établir des modèles prédictifs de l’exposition interne des hommes et des animaux aux perturbateurs endocriniens et de leurs effets potentiels sur la santé.
